Kegel - Penis Exercise Technique
What Are Kegels?
Kegels are one of the most simple penis exercise techniques you can perform, they can be done just about anywhere at anytime and compared to other penis exercises there is no stretching involved.
Kegels also known as PC squeezes, pelvic floor exercises or PC flexes are a method of strengthening the muscles around the penis that control ejaculation. This particular muscle is called the pubococcygeus muscle and is located between your scrotum and anus.
Why Perform Kegels?
Performing kegels regulary will have the following beneficial effects:
- Improved control of ejaculations (stop premature ejaculation)
- Increased blood flow to the penis(stop erectile dysfunction)
- More powerful ejaculations & intense orgasms
- Maintains healthy functioning sex organs in older age
- Prevention urinary incontinence and hemorrhoids
- Multiple Orgasms!
How To Perform The Kegel
Like I said at the start of this article the kegel is probably the most simple penis exercise to perform and it only takes a few minutes a day. You can feel your PC muscle in action simply by flexing your penis and making it move or another way is to gently stop the flow next time you urinate. Go ahead and give it a quick squeeze now.
So now that you know which muscle to flex, all you have to do is squeeze and release for the desired number of times. Each PC squeeze should take 2-3 seconds and 100-200 squeezes is usually a good target to aim for, this doesn't take long but trust me your PC muscle will be screaming by the end!
Increase The INTENSITY!
Once you have the basics mastered you can then try to mix it up a bit by varying the number, duration and intensity of the squeezes. Try one long squeeze for a minute or maybe try to do as many as you can in a minute.
It's up to you really how, where or when you perform your kegel penis exercises but I guarantee within a week of doing these exercises you will notice a dramatic change in your sex life.
